Morphos Group Ltd is seeking a talented and reliable Carpenter to work on a range of residential projects across London. From first fix to second fix, you’ll be part of a dynamic construction team delivering loft conversions, house extensions, bespoke interiors, and new builds to a high standard.
This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented tradesperson who takes pride in their craft and wants long-term work with a growing company.
✅ Key Responsibilities

1st fix carpentry: stud walls, joists, flooring, roofs

2nd fix carpentry: doors, skirting, architraves, window boards
-
Fitting staircases, kitchens, built-in wardrobes (when required)

Reading and working from drawings or site instructions
-
Coordinating with site foremen and other trades

Keeping a tidy and safe working area
👷 Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional carpentry experience

Excellent 1st and 2nd fix skills

CSCS Card (required)

Own tools and reliable transport (preferred)

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Right to work in the UK

Knowledge of building regs and working to tight tolerances
