🏘️ About the Role

Morphos Group Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Site Foreman to lead our residential construction sites across London. We specialise in high-quality loft conversions, house extensions, new builds, and full renovation projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires on-site supervision, excellent coordination skills, and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for ensuring each job is delivered on time, to spec, and safely.

✅ Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site supervision and coordination

• Managing subcontractors and trades on site

• Ensuring work meets drawings and quality standards

• Site health & safety compliance (RAMS, PPE, briefings)

• Reporting progress to the Project Manager

• Material orders and deliveries

• Ensuring tidy, well-run, and secure job sites

• Problem-solving on site to avoid delays or rework

👷 What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential construction

• Proven track record as a Site Foreman, Supervisor or Lead Builder

• Good understanding of construction drawings and sequencing

• CSCS card (required)

• SMSTS or SSSTS certification (preferred)

• First Aid certificate (advantageous)

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to motivate and manage site teams

• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
