🛠️ About the Role

Morphos Group Ltd is hiring an experienced Groundworker to support our residential construction projects across London. We specialise in new builds, extensions, loft conversions, and full design & build services.

You’ll be a key part of our on-site team, helping prepare and deliver high-quality groundworks to meet project deadlines safely and professionally.

✅ Responsibilities

• Ground preparation and excavation

• Laying concrete foundations and footings

• Installing drainage and utility services

• Slab laying, kerbing, and paving

• Supporting site setup and structural prep

• Following health & safety procedures on site

👷 What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of groundworks experience

• Valid CSCS Card (required)

• Right to work in the UK

• Basic tools and PPE preferred

• Driving licence is a bonus

• Ability to follow plans and communicate well on site
